Our 3-day Retreat shall take place on the Maryland and Virginia Beach coasts. We hope to inspire and empower you to live a life of ease and contentment.

You will learn the Yang-style Tai Chi 108 1st section. An easy form which will allow for daily home practice. Along with many other outdoor adventures of cultivating inner and outer strength and vitality for a life of peace and mindful living.

Our goal for this event is to bring families together and engage in small conversations. Along with observation and immersion in the sounds,beauty and peaceful rhythms of nature while walking and energizing our physical bodies.We encourage you to bring your comfortable folding chairs, walking sticks bicycles even your e-bikes.

Our annual Grand Governor's Ball. This is our major fundraising event! The Ball is a formal affair that highlights our achievements for the year and our goals for the up coming fiscal year.

The major goal of the Ball is to raise funds for all programs and services that Self Mastery Arts Inc. provides to the Moorish American community throughout the year. 

It is also our time to recognize individuals throughout the country that work to make a better place for all American Citizens. A portion of the proceeds are also presented to Moorish American scholarship funds.
